The key carbohydrate source, Cluster Dextrin™, is rapidly digestible and provides a steady release of energy. Growing evidence suggests that Cluster Dextrin™ outperforms traditional carbohydrates like maltodextrin, particularly in reducing perceived exertion (RPE). This may be due to improved gastric tolerance, faster glucose uptake, or a combination of both.
One of the key advantages of Race Fuel is that it allows you to consume significantly more carbohydrate through fluid—up to 2–3 times more than a standard sports drink. This makes it ideal for carbohydrate gut training and for pushing your fuelling limits during high-intensity racing.
Directions for Use
Mix the contents of one sachet or 5 level scoops with 250 ml of water and shake well.
Add an additional 200 ml – 500 ml of water and shake again.
Let sit for 10 minutes before use.
Recommended intake is 450 ml – 750 ml per hour during extended exercise.
Consume within 12 hours of mixing.
